The pedigree of the estate’s conception emerges from the collaboration among Jin Aik Oon, Director at SCDA (Singapore), Dhaval Makhmalwala of Design Module (Ahmedabad) and Witteveen+Bos (Netherlands).

In response to SCDA’s vision, Dhaval’s dual role as Principal Architect and Master Landscape Visionary ensures that the masterplan didn’t just reside on land but was cradled by it.

Within the signature residence, Shaili Kastia’s command of restraint shines. The design scheme is an intentional meditation on luxury as time, space and unhurried living. Kastia’s philosophy of ‘transparency’ allows the threshold between the lake and the living environment to become permeable, invisible even.
